During the week of September 24th – September 27th, all YCDSB schools will participate in a variety of activities related to student safety, under an umbrella theme of “Safety Awareness Week”. Here at St. Nicholas, we will have planned practice drills that will include:

- Lock down
- Hold and secure
- Shelter in place

Teachers have been preparing students and discussing the importance of these drills so that students are informed and prepared. We encourage parents to continue the conversation at home about safety.
