On Friday, April 6th a tragic traffic accident occurred resulting in the loss of 15 lives. This was a Saskatchewan Junior hockey team called the Humboldt Broncos who were on their way to a hockey game. Congratulations to Grade 8 student Shaun R. who represented Ontario at the National SnowBoarding Championships in Kelowna, British Columbia.

Shaun came in 9th overall in the under 15 snowboarding competition! Well done Shaun and thank you for representing Ontario (and St. Nicholas) so well!
