Today is the second Sunday of Advent. The light of the second purple candle reminds us of the coming of Jesus, the light of our world who brings us hope and fills us with God’s love.
God of love,
May we use the gifts of the Spirit of God
to help bring about the reign of peace
and understanding in our world.
May the Spirit of peace and hope
be with us during this Advent season.

We thank all families for their tremendous generosity in support of our Candy Gram initiative for the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.
