The first week of May is Children’s Mental Health Week. It is a week where we draw attention to the mental health issues that children and youth face, raise awareness of these issues, decrease stigma and provide understanding of the help that is available.
This year, through Distance Learning, we continue to focus on the mental health of our students and families. Please see attached for daily mental health activities that can be completed, together as a family, for the first two days in May. You can also visit our school website where I have posted activities for the entire week.
