Weekly Update: April 17-21, 2023

Today is the Second Sunday of Easter, also known as Divine Mercy Sunday. The Gospel is about Jesus’ appearance to the disciples after his resurrection. It is a story about how hard it is to find reverence in our hearts even when the evidence is right before our eyes.

Loving Jesus,
May we always be aware of Your love and mercy in our lives.
May we believe that You are present in us, our friends and even in our enemies.
May the gift of reverence be ours today.
May we become discerning believers formed in the Catholic faith community by looking for Jesus in everyone.
Amen.
